Hello everybody!

My name is Agata and I'm 35. I come from Stalowa Wola in Poland, but now I live and work in Gdynia. Blah blah blah... Nothing interesting, but I do really like my job.

I love good white and rose wine and beers from small breweries. I'm not a typical Polish girl who only drinks vodka :)

I love reading a lot, especially historical novels, fantasy and detective novels. I also love music; unfortunately, I've never learned how to play on any musical instrument, so I can only walk on concerts for which I always don't have enough money or spare time. I would love to know music from your region, share it with me!

I'm interested in travels, and my little life goal is to visit all capital cities in Europe. Are you from one of them? Tell me what I can see or do there!

I've found recently that eating is more than just a person's duty and that I like cooking! I'm a real amateur but the enthusiastic one so if you have your favourite recipe you can share it with me and I'll try to do in my own kitchen. I bet it would be a real fun both for us :)

I'm also an animal lover and a cat owner. If you have a cat or a dog then I'm sure we will have a lot of histories about our pets!

I'm looking for a long-lasting friendship and for penpals thanks to which I could also improve my English. If you think we have something in common feel free to write me! I think I'm better in normal chatting or writing than in describing myself :)

music - it's obvious. rock, punk, rockabilly, ska, folk, reggae, prog rock, electronic, even jazz, blues, and rap;
culture - I spent some time as a volunteer on some culture festivals;
history - but without ancient one, it's black magic for me. I even spent one semester on history at university, that was a huuuge mistake ;)
walking in the woods - I live just near the woods so I spend a lot of time there; it's a great way to connect with nature there;
hiking - till now only in Poland but you'll see that one day I'll go to Nepal!
travelling by trains - don't know why but I can spend there many hours, probably they remind me of my childhood;
hitch-hiking - I met thanks to this so many awesome people and saw so many beautiful places... I even slept with a homeless family who didn't know English in Romania;
literature - as I wrote, I'm a bookworm!
collecting postcards from all over the world - I have about 3000 postcards, and there are still missing countries on my list;
Balkans - I think I could live there so when I grow up I'll move to Montenegro;
Arabic countries - I'm fascinated in Arabic culture and religion, it's so different from mine. I'm interested in it thanks to my professor who is Arabist. I even bought Koran, but it's still waiting for its turn.

rock, reggae, ska, punk, jazz, folk, electronic, prog rock - it really depends on my mood but I'm open-minded and I can find beauty in almost every genre :)
