I was told sternly by some administrator to stop complaining and reporting. If I continued, they threatened to delete my account permanently.

So now I've stopped reporting, especially since nobody cared to answer back when I wrote them. Instead I warn other people not to complain, while at the same time pointing my finger at those new accounts that are so obviously fake.
