Greetings Dr Rowi. First I would like to say I love your house. Is it nice and peaceful living in the country-side? To answer your question how I became Buddhist. It all started with a prophetic dream. But I have always been inquisitive regarding the bigger picture of who we are and where are we going? What is this life we call reality really all about. The Buddhist tradition has really helped me in understanding these question about suffering and the cause of suffering. Dedicating merit accrued for the betterment of all sentient beings…..even the animals and earth. I believe we are all interdependent. We all rely on each other for everything that is of this reality existing here on planet earth.

Biggest stage so far has been The Sunset Theatre in Carmel, Ca and the California Theatre in San Jose California :) What kind of music do you compose? Thanks for your comment!

Onions, Bell Peppers, Garlic, Mushrooms, Ricotta, Mozzarella, tomato sauce... Sometimes broccoli and squash... We made this as a vegetarian option for a wedding once.

How about Veggie Lasagna? That's always a good choice :)
