that also happens here, it's hard to practice english after school because it's hard to find english speakers, i am the same as you :(, the only way is to meet people on internet or getting a business job or something like that -
i am ハビエル, nice to meet you, im also learning japanese with small courses since 一月. it's a little complicated but it's interesting. i also know english, so maybe if you need to practice or talk with someone, you can talk to me ^^
