Winter is actually nice; we just have this stormy weather coming from the Pacific Ocean that last two or three days but then it comes to normal again :) and some might think we live covered in snow but its not like that as its not in Russia either, I know :)
Yesterday i wanted to know aboit your city and i found the saying: "Saint Petersburg is Russia's head, Moscow is the heart and Nizhni Novgorod is the pocket", quite clever :D
