yes, well, my English teacher teaches us how to pronounce the words but doesn't teach grammar well. I've learned English by chatting with foreigners in English, I couldn't speak English at all before :( my English results are the best in my school year, though my English isn't so good ^^'

no, a teacher writes just explanations on blackboard so we also just copy it into a notebook. there is no custom to speak foreign languages in our daily life and we don't speak english even in the class :(
