I know many non vegans, and plenty of people who are nothing like me, so for once, I just want a BALANCE and want to make friends that can honestly see my point of view. Contrary to popular belief in the world, vegan is not just about food--it's a social justice cause, like womens' rights, pro-choice, pro-life and other causes in the world. I want to be friends with someone who truly gets what it means to be vegan--the idea, the philosophy. I have no friends like this and this is who I am looking for at the moment.

We all have different people we are looking for in friendships. If a person only wants 6 feet, green-eyed friends only--that's their right to want only those friends; it doesn't make them right or wrong, good or bad, that's just their personal choice. To each their own. :)

My choice now is for female vegan friends.
