Surely most people have figured out that when a profile name takes the form "name_xxxxx" where the xxxxx is some number, that is a way for people running scams to differentiate between the many many profiles that they are using at the moment... Its not always the case, but definitely a red flag. Be vigilant fellow interlopers...
