عادة ما افضل عنَ الاستيقاظ صباحا. اخد حمام بارد وتناول فطور صحي يشمل القهوة. بيض مقلي الشوفان وقطعة خبز بمربى الفراوله بعد ذلك.. اجهز نفسي للذهاب إلى قاعة التدريب لممارسة حصة اللياقة البدنية وتمارين تقوية العضلات.. حوال ساعة تقريا.. بعد الانتهاء من حصة تدريبية قوية أخد نفس عميق. استريح ثم أعود للمنزل.. أشعر بحماس.. ابد في إعداد وجبة غنيي بالبروتين.. كسلاطة طماطم وبصل وطبق من السمك المشوي. بعد ذلك يكمن التفكير باخد قسط من الراحة .والاسترخاء
