I create them myself, and also make sure that they are appropriate to the setting (time / place) and symbolism of the story. Often i try to create names that are completely imaginative, and other times, I like to use allegorical names.

Basically Anthropology is the study of humanity, of people. It's very broad. You can divide anthropology up into five fields: Cultural (what I study) is the study of current people, Archeology, Forensic (like in CSI), Applied (which is just applying anthropological knowledge to practical things) and..... I forget the fifth one. It's different in Europe anyway :\ I love it though and encourage people to take it, we all have a blast, it's so interesting and so much fun.
