Well, that makes sense, also it wouldn't be challenging for you, at least not language-wise, if you opted for Spain.
The good thing about Europe, people are usually good at speaking English, so you should, in reality, be fine, where ever you choose to study! Most countries have English as a second language at a very high level.

Well, I've also only read about it and watch a few clips, I haven't watched the last five or six episodes of Grey's...I just cannot bring myself to it, knowing how it's going to end! :/
