Hello my name is Josh Cowan and I am 43 years old. I was born on January 3 1980 on Long Island in New York State, USA. At birth I was diagnosed with a disability called Cerebral Palsy and joined the Special Olympics in 2005. The sports I chose to compete in are Bowling, basketball, cycling, bocce, and Equestrian.
