I even had a cyber affair with her in which we exchanged over 200 emails (the word count beat Tolstoy’s “War and Peace” but fell short of the Bible). It was a tempestuous journey in which both of us tried to get control over the relationship. My wife found the whole thing rather amusing. As writer and occasional gonzo journalist I intended turning it into a book. Alas, other projects too precedence (they were paying me) and the data festered on my HD. I’ve only just started putting it together.

I’ve found pessimism rather useful – especially when dealing with some of the characters one meets on here. This is absolutely deep thought and so nice to read and discuss , a saying as such lends itself to so many open doors , so as to talk about the freedom to be given to a lover to enjoy their own life without any boundaries , without the feeling of being owned,say. Some space, I guess, is to be given to anyone to accept being loved . Priority , in my eyes, is for human freedom , and love comes in to protect that freedom softly and smoothly and to stand backwards and watch a lover's happiness grow and flourish by time. That's what real love could mean for me : "freeing instead of owning".
